Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CopyCrafte AI ("we", "us") for the CopyCrafter AI Discord bot (the "Bot") and the website at copycraft.pitonsuzlar.online (the "Website"), together the "Service". By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are a minor in your country, you need the permission of a parent or guardian. Use of the Bot is also subject to the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. CopyCrafter AI is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Top.gg or Groq.

2. The Service and usage limits

The Bot generates marketing content with artificial intelligence. Daily usage depends on your plan: Free (1 use/day), Voter (6 uses/day after voting on Top.gg), Premium Light (20), Premium Pro (50) and Enterprise (custom). We may adjust limits, features and the number of commands, and will try to give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce a plan you have paid for.

3. AI output

• AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to existing content. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or any business result such as sales or return on ad spend.
• You are responsible for reviewing output and for making sure your use complies with applicable laws, advertising rules, platform policies (such as Meta, TikTok and Google Ads) and third-party rights, including copyright and trademarks.
• As between you and us, you keep your rights in your inputs and, to the extent the law allows, in the output you receive. We do not promise that output is protected by copyright.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, or to create or spread content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, violent, a scam, malware, or that infringes others' rights;
• use output to mislead people, including presenting generated reviews, testimonials or endorsements as genuine customer feedback, or making false claims about products, results or earnings. Output from commands such as /reviewgen is a draft or sample only;
• bypass or abuse usage limits (for example with multiple accounts or automation), attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or try to access data that is not yours.

We may limit, suspend or end access if you break these Terms or the law.

5. Premium plans and payments

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is by cryptocurrency only, in advance, through a support ticket on our Discord server. We activate your plan manually after payment is confirmed.
• A plan is bought for a fixed period (for example one month). It does not renew automatically; you choose whether to buy again or extend.
• Network fees and any taxes that apply are your responsibility. We may change prices for future purchases.
• Priority support means your requests are handled with priority. We do not promise a specific response time or availability at all hours.

6. Refunds

Premium is a digital service that we activate right after payment, and you ask us to start it immediately. Therefore payments are generally non-refundable once the plan has been activated, except:

• where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to a refund or withdrawal that cannot be waived;
• if we fail to activate the plan you paid for, or the Service is unavailable for a significant time because of us. In that case we will fix the problem, extend your plan, or refund the unused part.

Where a refund is granted it is paid in the same cryptocurrency, less network fees. To request one, contact us within 14 days of payment at mailin@alanadin.com or by support ticket.

7. Banner advertising and sponsorship

• What you buy: your banner is placed in the rotation of sponsored banners shown inside Bot responses for the period of the pass you bought (Flash 1 day, Growth 1 week, Scale 1 month). Banners are chosen randomly and equally among active ads.
• No guarantees: we do not guarantee a number of impressions, clicks or conversions.
• Your content: you must own or have the right to use everything you send us, and the banner and link must comply with the law. We do not allow illegal, misleading or deceptive offers, scams, adult content, malware, phishing, hate, or content that infringes rights. We may reject, change or remove any ad at any time. If we remove a compliant ad because of our decision, we will extend your period or refund the unused part.
• Labels: sponsored content may be marked as sponsored or as an ad.
• Payment: as in section 5. Ads start after payment and approval of the material.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its name, logo, code and design belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you rights to them except to use the Service as intended. You give us permission to process your inputs only as needed to run the Service.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It can be interrupted for maintenance, third-party outages (for example Discord, Groq or Top.gg) or other reasons. We may change or stop parts of the Service. If we stop a paid plan early without your fault, we will refund the unused part.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or business loss from your use of AI output, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).

11. Your responsibility

To the extent the law allows, you are responsible for claims by third parties that arise from your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms, for example from content you publish or ads you submit.

12. Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or end your access for serious or repeated breaches. If we end a paid plan because of your breach, no refund is due.

13. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Please contact us first at mailin@alanadin.com so we can try to solve the problem. Courts of Turkey have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, tell you on the Website or our Discord server. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it.
