Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CopyCrafte AI ("we", "us") processes personal data when you use the CopyCrafter AI Discord bot (the "Bot") and the website at copycraft.pitonsuzlar.online (the "Website"). We are the data controller. You can contact us at mailin@alanadin.com.
1. What data we process

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data. We do not use the Website for analytics or advertising tracking.
2. Legal bases
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Bot, Premium and sponsorship); our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, limiting usage, improving the service); legal obligations (accounting and tax); and consent where we ask for it. For users in Türkiye we process data under the corresponding conditions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
3. Who we share data with
- Discord Inc. – the platform the Bot runs on.
- Groq, Inc. – AI processing. Your prompts are sent to Groq to generate output.
- Top.gg – voting; we check whether you have voted.
- Hosting / infrastructure providers that run our servers.
- Authorities where we are legally required to.
We do not sell personal data. Advertisers do not receive personal data from us; if you click a sponsored banner you leave our service and the advertiser's own policies apply.
4. International transfers
Some providers (such as Groq and Discord) are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required by law we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
5. How long we keep data
- Live chat conversations: automatically deleted 90 days after the last message, or earlier on request.
- Premium and payment records: for the length of your plan and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting, legal and dispute purposes.
- Usage counters: kept in memory and reset daily; they may be lost when the Bot restarts.
- Security and server logs (including IP addresses): rotated automatically and kept only for a limited period.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy (portability) and withdraw consent at any time. Users in Türkiye have the rights listed in Article 11 of KVKK. To use these rights, email mailin@alanadin.com or open a ticket on our Discord support server. We may ask you to confirm your identity (for example by confirming your Discord ID) and will respond within the time required by law.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK) or the authority in your country of residence.
7. Cookies and local storage
See our Cookie Policy. In short: no tracking or advertising cookies; one chat ID in your browser, only if you use live chat.
8. Children
The Bot is intended for people who meet Discord's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, hashed administrator credentials, rate limiting and automatic deletion of old chats. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Sponsored content
The Bot may show sponsored banners from advertisers. These are selected by rotation and do not use your personal data for targeting.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will give notice on the Website or our Discord server.
